    Pencarian Air Terjun Lawing di Hulu Langat

    Lama betul tak hiking, masing² busy dengan schedule tersendiri. Jadi bila ada peluang, hikersbuncit menjejak Air Terjun Lawing, Hulu Langat.

    Trip kali ini agak ramai, mungkin semangat tahun baru! Ada jugak muka baru tiba² nak try hiking; Gaban, Katik.

    Jalan nak masuk agak tricky. Tapi, ikut saja waze “air terjun lawing hulu langat” cuma, dalam waze last positionnya jauh tersasar. Jadi lepas kami tanya pakcik² area situ, baru tahu jalan mula nak ke Lawing ni. Lepas Kampung Sungai Lui, buka mata besar² dan perhatikan sebelah kiri kolam yang ada banyak pondok pacak.

    Bila dah jumpa, terbaiknya parking saja di kawasan lapang berhampiran. Kalau tak kisah (jalan sempit, berlubang), boleh teruskan perjalanan dengan kereta terus ke checkpoint ke-dua iaitu kawasan lapang parking kereta (ini dalam wikiloc sudah separuh perjalanan)

    Jeram Perlus – Toughest hike so far

    Jeram Perlus is arguably the highest waterfall in Selangor.

    To get there, drive to Sg Gabai. Find the left turn to Kampung Orang Asli Sungai Gabai. Follow the road to the kampung. The trail starts at the end of the kampung, ask the kampung folks for direction if in doubt.

    Markers are now almost at important turns along the trail.

    This is by far the toughest trail we did. It took us roughly 4 hours to reach the falls. This is of cause due to sudden physical restriction (hehe)

    Lata Bomoh Ali, and Berembun is just down the start point to Gunung Nuang

    Head down to Hulu Langat, Selangor, Malaysia. Follow the same trail head to Gunung Nuang. At the start of the never ending road, there’s a map, take the trail on the right. Or if you prefer the never ending road, just continue on.

    Follow this trail until you reach a small road. Take left and follow this road up to a fork. Take left at the fork and river trail/crossing until you reach Lata Bomoh Ali. Right takes you to the dam.

    There’s a trail uphill at Bomoh Ali, follow this and you will arrive at CP5 and head back down via the never ending road.

    Jangan keliru dengan Air Terjun Serendah, Air Terjun Setinggi ini terletak di Serendah, Selangor dan korang kena hiking untuk sampai ke sana..

    Beberapa tahun dahulu trail head ke waterfall ini ditutup kerana kerja² construction, mujur guide tempatan kebetulan satu office dengan BJ info ke kami; trail sudah di-‘buka’ kembali.

    So apalagi, kami pun pakat ramai² la ke sana. Siap ada yang bawa anak.

    Untuk ke sana, waze ke Taman Bandar Baru Serendah. Cari barisan rumah perumahan yang ada jalan kecil di belakang (tengok video). Jalan ini akan bawa korang ke trail head air terjun ini (melintasi 2-3 kilang kecil)

    Just a short trail just before the Tanjung Tuan Lighthouse will bring you to the Batu Putih look out point. Expect crowds on weekends.

    There’s some additional trails following the look-out point, one goes down to Monkey Bay where, at the end forks. Take right to Monkey Bay and left (like what we did in the video) to make a complete round the cape. It is worthwhile of your time.

    To get there, head to Port Dickson on the PLUS highway. Get on the trunk road towards Melaka and look for the Lagun Biru/PNB Ilham Resort signboard to the right. Follow the road to Ilham Resort. The entry to Tanjung Tuan Lighthouse is just after the resort. Parking is ample.
